About Evolution Farm Vets

Evolution is a farm animal practice with a special bias towards dairy farm work. We undertake no small animal work at all, concentrating instead on keeping abreast of the constantly changing face of farm animal medicine.

We are a young practice, progressive in outlook and enthusiastic about our work. Modern veterinary medicine has changed quite drastically over the last decade or so, becoming much more competitive and - especially for farm vets - more involved in helping the farmer to run his business the way he would like: i.e. profitably.

Evolution thrives on this new outlook, regards farmers’ problems as challenges to be beaten and enjoys being involved “at the coalface”!

Currently a four-vet practice, we take pride in the loyalty and support of our constantly-expanding legion of clients. We are even more proud of the fact that most of our new farms have joined us after recommendation by existing clients.

STUDENTS! Evolution is very happy to give student placements - but places are, unfortunately, necessarily limited. Priority will be given to students with an enthusiastic attitude and particularly to those showing an interest in choosing a future in farm veterinary work.
